Video Audio Creator subscriptions are sold by our online reseller, Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all orders. Paddle handles payments and refunds.
Your 14-day right to cancel
If you're a consumer, you can cancel a new Creator or Studio subscription within 14 days of buying it and get a refund.
If you make shorts, voiceovers or captioned videos during those 14 days, you've asked us to start the service straight away. In that case your refund is reduced by the value of what you've already used, worked out from your plan's monthly price and allowance.
Cancelling at any time
You can cancel at any time in the members' area (Plan, then Manage billing), with no minimum term. You keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund part-used months after the first 14 days, unless the law requires it or something went wrong on our side.
If something goes wrong
Media we couldn't make doesn't count towards your allowance, so you can try again at no cost. If the service didn't work as described and we can't put it right, we'll refund you.
If you bought through JVZoo
Purchases made through JVZoo are refunded by JVZoo, under the same 14-day promise above. Use the link in your JVZoo receipt, or email us and we'll help. If a payment is refunded or charged back, your account moves to the Free plan.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@videoaudiocreator.com with your account email address, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. We aim to reply within 2 working days. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with.
